About Me
| I love to create art. At the age of 5 I remember drawing realistic cats to count to 5. Who knew that over 30 years later I would still be drawing cats? I had my first blue ribbon in the California State fair Junior division in 1985. I took honors Art and Photo at Elk Grove High School. I was first published in the Elk Grove Citizen in 1986. My first show was at the Crocker Art Museum in 1989. Majoring in Art at Sacramento City College I attained my AA degree in 1993. I continued to study Oil Painting and figure drawing through various classes. As the computer age started to boom in the early 90's I enrolled in California Davis for Graphic Design. It was there that I was lucky enough to be hired to do my first magazine cover in 1994 for C.A.A.A.M.E.N.T.S. magazine. |
